So I was checking out Engadget this morning, as I usually do, when I came across the new and improved Jawbone 2. If you listen to tech podcasts you've probably already heard about it. They played this great advertisement on the popular Revsion 3 video Diggnation.
This might not be the most exciting video that I could have embedded,
but the technology and science behind this bluetooth headset is pretty
Bottomline: It has an unwanted sound canceling capability that is pretty impressive. I'm buying it.
I heard Leo Laporte chatting about this on his Tech Guy show. He thought the concept was pretty cool, but "could not have sympathy for someone trying to use the phone while driving a convertible." I had to laugh, because while I realize this is ridiculous I couldn't help but wonder how the Jawbone would perform in such a situation. I own a old Mercedes and I could use a device like this to cancel out some of the road noise created by the ever congested Kennedy Expressway while playing loud music with my sunroof open. I guess.
To summarize, the Jawbone is a good Bluetooth ear piece for folks who live in loud cities, like me and like Chicago, drive in cars with music on and make sales calls or have loud friends in bars that talk too much! One last thing, Yes Bluetooths have crossed over to Jewelry.I like it
